Foundation for the Biblical Arts Online Terms
Purpose. Foundation for the Biblical (FBA) provides access to this site free of charge to provide information about FBA, its capabilities and the work it has done for its partners worldwide over the years, and to demonstrate some examples of our work and approaches. We welcome visitors to the site but want to make it clear what rules apply to your use f the site. The sole authorized use of the site is to obtain information about FBA and no other use is permitted.
Copyright. Copyright in all materials on this site is owned by the Foundation for the Biblical Arts unless otherwise noted; copyright in the compilation of all materials on this site as the FBA website is owned by FBA.

Trademarks. FBA owns all trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos and trade styles related to the FBA on this site. Proper use is limited to use in connection with the products and services of the FBA and no other use is permitted without the FBA prior written permission.
Privacy. Any submitted personally identifiable information, including, without limitation, name, address, telephone number, URL or domain name or email address, FBA may collect and store such personally identifiable information about the persons who visit this site, request data, apply for programs, etc. FBA may also collect and store such personally identifiable information about user contact with and use of the site, and use this to improve our site and facilitate our user interaction with our site. All personal information will be kept private and not sold or freely distributed.
Exceptions. User participation on the FBA blogs constitutes user acceptance that their writing and participating in the blog may be publically viewable and accessible to others on the web. FBA does not guarantee copyright protection to those responding to FBA blog posts – however all posts made by FBA staff or officers are under separate contractual usage agreement, and are protected under the FBA copyright restrictions. No printing or redistribution without prior written consent.
Use of blog participant’s stories by the FBA may be retold anonymously as part of survey examples or by written permission if the blog participant agrees in writing for the FBA use and purpose (provided we can find the original poster and get permission, otherwise the stories and writing shared will be alluded to anonymously).
